The 92 - Anyone done it?
I'm 53 as of today; witnessing Wimbledon more or less get relegated. A strange bunch that lot.

If I can't get tickets for our away games, and because I live in the north-west, it allows me to visit some of the northern lower-league clubs and add to my tally.

Anyone else here an anorak, or do you only travel away with West Ham?

Good website to keep track. Total of 91 but only 64 of those are of the current 92, although it’s actually 90 at the moment isn’t it?

Re: The 92 - Anyone done it?
Of the present 92 l have done 74 that exist, and have done 22 grounds that don't exist anymore
Will one season finish it off to complete the 92,but very difficult with brand new grounds, clubs dropping down like Oldham, and the the new members always little northern clubs(Barrow,Harrowgate,Salford)

Could be bigger clubs in Stockport and Wrexham promoted this season -

Before I run away I was on around 52, obviously a lot of those don't exist anymore.

Oops, make that 13 , forgot Stamford Bridge!!!

Think the only biggish Londom Stadiums i never got to were Selhurst Park and The Valley.

Re: The 92 - Anyone done it?
I left the UK when i was 21, up until then when I think about it, the grounds I have been to are only 11, 5 of which don’t exist anymore! and only the London stadium has been added since to make it 12 in total.

Upton Park
London Stadium
Highbury
White Hart Lane
Graven Cottage
Loftus Road
The Den
Ashton Gate (Bristol City)
Eastville (Old Bristol Rovers Ground)
Brunton Park (Carlisle United)
Elm Park (Old Reading Ground)
Meadow Lane (Notts County)

Re: The 92 - Anyone done it?
I’ve only counted stadiums while watching West Ham, but 77 current (including some foreign) and 15 now defunct stadiums.

I’ve been to quite a few more non league over the years, but I don’t count them.

Wnet to Bradford Park Avenue's ground once.

The grass was chest high. Didn't see a match.

Although it would have been a surreal experience.

Re: The 92 - Anyone done it?
This season i decided to do the two new London grounds ;
.. i went to Wimbledon v Fleetwood, and then Brentford v Wolves (the drone game). Got the taste for it and went to Watford too, which isnt too far. done about 35 total, sadly wont ever do 92 !

Re: The 92 - Anyone done it?
It’s a bit difficult to ever complete it or work out who the 92 are with the amount of teams coming in and exiting the football league.

Someone could have completed the 92 a decade ago but since then the likes of Torquay, Wrexham, Notts County, Stockport etc have crashed out the league and clubs like Harrogate, Barrow, Salford & Forest Green have come in.

Finished the 92 in about 2006 but never kept it up after that

About 75 now I think, only new ground I've been to in the last 10 years is ours

Re: The 92 - Anyone done it?
Done 70 odd away games at differeny grounds with West Ham (late seventies til a few years ago):including some U21 games just to get the grounds in. Can't afford to anymore so go and watch a non league team instead with a load more non-league games to visit.

Re: The 92 - Anyone done it?
I think I am on 71 or 72ish. The bulk are watching us early 90's so there were quite a few to go to with the ups and downs. Although most of the grounds have changed quite drastically since then. I always liked going to Highfield Road, although the results were normally wank, and I am sure we actually got relegated there thinking about it...
I have been to a few non Ham games, i went down to the Goldstone before it got knocked down as I could not get a ticket when we played there, and i I did Ninian Park as I was in the area for work.
I would like to add to the tally, but without kicking off the whole away ticket conversation, it is trickier to make the time to get tickets and do those games these days.

Just done a count. I've seen West Ham at 71 of the current league grounds. Also seen them at many more grounds that have now gone.

I went to Wrexham a couple of weeks back and watched some fucking game. Beat Dover 6-5 after coming behind 5-2.

Re: The 92 - Anyone done it?
I’m on about 60 now, will tot them up again when I get chance. Fair few have been relegated out the league now though, likes of Hereford, Hartlepool, Wrexham etc. madness to think of how truly terrible some of these experiences have been and the expense involved.
